Warranty & Return Policy

1. Product Warranty (Defects)

We stand behind the quality of our gear. GREATEST bags are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (such as faulty stitching or defective hardware).

  • What’s NOT covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or cosmetic blemishes. This is ultimate, not badminton—if you and your bag aren't showing a bit of wear, you're not going hard enough!

  • How to claim: Email us at info@greatestbag.com with your original order number and photos of the issue.

  • How we fix it: To get your bag back on the field as fast as possible, we may offer to cover or subsidize a quick fix at a local repair shop near you. If the bag cannot be repaired, we will arrange a replacement.

2. Returns & Refunds (Changed Minds)

If you just changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeline: Item(s) must be purchased from greatestbag.com and returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must include all original packaging and contents.

  • Exclusions: Orders over 7 bags are final sale and not eligible for standard returns.

  • Shipping: We do not refund shipping costs in either direction.

  • Processing: Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be processed after we receive the item.
