Who Let the Bags Out?

Great news backers! The wait is over and all the bags have been sent out! All parcels include a tracking number. To get your own personalized tracking number please input your email address to the link below.

Checking your Tracking Number:

For US backers, there are 2 different tracking websites: USPS and FedEx. For those who ordered 1 Greatest Bag (Callahan, The Captain, The Greatest and the MVP), you will track your parcel through USPS tracking website: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. 

For those who ordered more than 1 Greatest Bag (Honey Pass, 7 on the Line, and Clique League), you will track your parcel through the FedEx tracking website: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track. 

Expected delivery for US shipments should arrive within a week.

For non-US backers, all orders will be tracked through SingPost: http://www.singpost.com/track-items. 

Shipments outside of US are expected to arrive within 2 weeks (depending on the country).

Please note that those who order more than 7 bags, you will receive 2 or 3 separate tracking numbers shipped separately. This is due to the fact that maximum shipment limit is 30kg for each parcel.

Import duty and charges may apply (as mentioned on the Kickstarter page) so please check your local customs for more information. If parcel has been unsuccessful sent for whatever reasons, the local courier will give you a call based on the number you have provided and the parcel will be stored at the nearest post office to pick up.

Phone number survery

Hi Everyone!

We are close to completing production and will be shipping soon! As mentioned in our recent update, to arrange delivery we'll first need your phone numbers (in case the delivery driver needs to contact you), so please follow the link below and fill in:

1) your name (as on your Kickstarter account)
2) your backer number (there's a button on the page to help you find this)
3) your daytime phone number, including country code (for example the country code for USA is 1) please do not leave spaces, dashes or brackets in your number. 

Please fill in the form by December 22 in order to avoid any shipping delays.

1. Click your profile at the top of right side. Click the “Backed projects” to see your pledge for our bag.

With the Kickstarter campaign just over a day ago, we just want to tell our backers that you guys are awesome and thank you for making the campaign a huge success!

Now that the campaign has ended, we are getting ready to roll up our sleeves for manufacturing. But before we do that, we'll need everyone to complete their surveys sent out yesterday. For all the buddy packs, do ask your friends which colors they would like before completing the survey. :)
